1: Above the Universe is the infinite living mind or Spirit, the Universe is MENTAL by nature because of that which is above it. All of Creation is caused by a meditative thought of form, brought about from the infinite nothingness. Everything is thought, vibrating at different frequencies, giving rise to everything in the material Universe. The Universe is the sum of nothing and all possibilities, nothing and all possibilities are the boundaries of our Universe. We are called to meditate, as was done by the Source of all things in the creation of the Universe. The proper use of the mind is the greatest tool of all.
Finally, you need to meditate. You need to find a special place where you can get alone and breatheology coach on your life and God’s goodness all around you. Let all negative and self limiting thoughts go. Closing your eyes and exhaling and then breathing deeply will help you do this. This excercise will relax you and EMPOWER YOU.
The three tenants for taking care of the body are just as we honor GOD the Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, as well as we honor, The Spirit (GOD), The Mind (Spirit) and the Body (Holy Spirit). meditation supports the awakening of your inner being, and allows you to connect with all aspects of yourself.
Did you feel the mood change when the cow interfered with the rose? What did the cow do to the rose? Who do you suppose was seeing that cow, its color and size? Who do you suppose was changing that color on that rose and enjoying the beautiful fragrance?
There are probably hundreds of “stress management programs” that will give you cute little tips for handling stress at work or sayings to repeat when you feel the stress. But you know that the stress at work needs a management system that is as tough, and as big, to fight back and defeat that stress.
On the way back in, I quickly became tired and decided to walk the rest of the way, but there was no bottom! Sure enough, the wind must have pushed us over a deep hole in the lake, and with the increasing turbulence and high waves, I was in trouble.
My day ends today, once again, with pranayama and meditation. It is really the best way to start and end the day. Beginning your day with meditation helps clear your mind so that you can stay focused throughout the day. Ending the day with meditation helps you to let go of the worries and stresses of the day and sleep peacefully.
