Gorgeous celebrities have to be that way, because their jobs depend on it. It’s a fact that the movie-going, television-watching public would rather look at beautiful people than unattractive people. Yet, not all of them are everyone’s “type.” So what makes them universally good-looking? Typically, pore-less skin, toned bodies, and…impossibly white teeth. Of these three things, white teeth are probably the easiest, and most realistic, element to adopt for themselves — whether it’s one job to look good or not.
We also grow up learning how to get our nutrition from the four food groups. While many of us could adhere to this just to get some basic nutrition, we can’t get all of the nutrition we need from our four food groups.
To begin with, it should come as no surprise to anyone that vitamin supplements are an incredibly important addition to our dietary needs. We simply do not get enough vitamins and nutrients in the food we eat everyday. Our fast paced lives combined with over processed foods leads us to needing quality and effective vitamin supplements more than ever.

When you feel the physical signs of anger coming up through your body, take yourself out of the situation. Go outside for a breath of fresh air, take a stroll to the store, go running, air box, yell or have what would be considered a temper tantrum in a child. Smash old plates that you have bought from a junk store, buy liquid vitamins a boxing punch bag. All of these things will help to cool down the anger feelings and get rid of the adrenaline that is fueling them on. Find a place that you can do these things but make sure it is a place where you can do it alone and where you will not harm yourself or anybody else. Perhaps you could take up a sport that will give an outlet for adrenaline but also teach how to master your anger, such as Tae Kwon Do or Karate?
For starters, if I write I won’t fall asleep before midnight. I’m looking forward to 2010 and I want to usher it in with a smile and a cheer. It hasn’t been an easy year for nearly everyone I know. People have lost jobs and homes. Good friends of mine lost their son. Another dear friend just lost her husband.
These small changes in your life style and others like it can really help. Seriously, keep in mind the 3 big changes that everyone must do: stop smoking, eat healthy, and exercise. Don’t be one of those people that have a heart attack at 47…or 59. Remain vigilant about anti-aging and enjoy your senior years. Don’t spend them in pain. Continue learning what helps and what hinders your body’s health. Come on, let’s all go raise a ruckus in our nineties…and make them sorry we lived so long!
